1.Drawings,ideas offering

If you send your designs to us, we will quote you the price, including the mould price and the product unit price.


2. Design details discussion and confirmation

If there is no problem for the price, then we will discuss the design details. We will give our professional opinions to your designs for better production and designs, and others like logo, packing, etc…


3. Mould building

After you confirm the PI and finish the payment, we will arrange mould building. For toilet a mould production time is about 40 days; for basin, a mould production time is about 30 days.


4. Production Process

The production time is up to the quantity.
30 days for 1*20FT container; 35days for 1*40HQ container.

Our QC team is active in all production processes every day, which includes the process of molding, drying, rough finishing, glazing, firing, fine finishing.


Important Production Process

Consists of 5 professional technicians who are in charge of checking raw materials, in-process QC during production and final QC before packaging.

We only work with qualified suppliers, some of them even work with us for more than 10 years. The only reason we choose a supplier is stable quality other than price,


5. Inspection

Before packing, there will be a strict inspection in our factory. Besides, welcome to visit our factory for product inspection by yourself, or you can ask the third party to do it.

Guarantee

 

At MOPO®, we are confident in the quality and reliability of our products and guarantee them against faulty materials or workmanship, provided they have been installed, cared for and used in accordance with our instructions.


Bathrooms peace-of-mind guarantee:

25 years – ceramic and enameled cast iron products

10 years – acrylic baths, metal vessels and shower trays

5 years – shower valves, taps, bath panels, cistern fittings and seats

5 years – MOPO® enclosures and bathscreens*

2 years – bathroom furniture and accessories, all wastes

1 year – whirlpool and spa systems

*Certain exclusions and conditions apply. 12 months only for Contra Enclosure range.


MOPO® peace-of-mind guarantee:

10 years – ceramic and fine fireclay sinks

10 years – stainless steel sinks 

10 years – cast iron sinks

5 years – brassware


5 Year Guarantee – Enclosures & Bathscreens:

This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights and is free of charge. In return, please note the following terms and conditions:

1. Our 5 year guarantee is available to the original private domestic customer only who buys a MOPO® shower enclosure and who completes and returns to MOPO® the guarantee registration form, along with a copy of proof of purchase from an approved MOPO® retailer, within 30 days of purchase.

2. The guarantee does not cover the following:

• Magnets, gaskets, rollers and seals which will be limited to a 2 year guarantee only.

• Failure to follow MOPO® installation and maintenance instructions.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Inappropriate use and/or cleaning.

• Accidental breakage and/or wilful damage or neglect.

• Build-up of mildew and limescale.

• Modification, alteration, transformation or relocation of the unit.

• Glass breakage.

• Coating on the glass which will be limited to a 1 year guarantee only.

• Glass bonding which will be limited to a 2 year guarantee only.

• Any products purchased ex-showroom display.

• Any costs for re-installation of any replacement product or fitting of spare parts including without limitation, any tiling or redecoration costs.

• Any costs associated with the removal or disposal of old product or spares.

• Consequential loss or damage of any kind.

• The replacement of any other household fitting or furniture arising from any claim.

• Commercial use and rental properties.

• Glass imperfections.

3. The product must be inspected for obvious defects prior to installation. Claims will not be accepted for obvious defects if found after installation.

4. You must notify MOPO within 30 days upon discovery of a defect. Proof of purchase showing date and place of purchase will be required.

5. If the product is found to be defective within the definition detailed above, MOPO shall, at its discretion, either refund (up to but not in excess of) the original purchase price (we may subject this to an allowance for wear and tear), or repair the product, or provide new goods, or provide replacement spare parts to you. This shall be MOPO’s sole obligation under this guarantee. Repair under this guarantee does not extend the original expiry date. The guarantee on any replacement parts or product ends at the original expiry date.

6. Any repair work must only be undertaken by MOPO or a party first approved by MOPO. At our discretion for trims, handles, seals, gaskets, magnets or consumable items we reserve the right to supply replacement parts only.

7. If a claim is made under this guarantee and the defect is not due to faulty materials or manufacture, MOPO reserve the right to charge the customer in respect of any service engineer’s time or replacement parts supplied.

8. The benefit of the guarantee cannot be transferred to a third party.

9. Due to continuing design development and product improvements, we reserve the right to amend or adjust specifications at any time.

10. The guarantee will be valid only if installation, use and maintenance have been carried out in accordance with the fitting instructions.

11. Integrated shower systems are subject to a separate guarantee.

12. Where the purchase of a MOPO shower enclosure has not been registered the 5 year guarantee does not apply but you will be entitled to a 12 month guarantee from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is necessary.

Warranty & Service

All details will be confirmed with partners well, all details here are factory standard
Warranty : 60 months for plywood cabinet, solid surface and resin products like bathtub, basins, shower tray and so on, 120 months for shower room, faucet, shower,fittings. 60months for ceramic toilet pan and basins,24months for toilet cover and flushing systerm.
In case there is any quality problem with the product or any damage on the product due to quality problem, the customer is requested to provide MOPO® with necessary information (including manufacturing serial number, relevant photos, etc.). If the complaint is confirmed Tobe effective by MOPO®,MOPO® will supply the replacement for free on the basis of  MOPO® factory. If the product is damaged due to transportation while distribution or by incorrectly installing or using of the product, MOPO® will charge reasonably for the replacement.

Order Confirmation

Your order is finally confirmed once you made a deposit or full payment to the bank account of MOPO®  Please be careful when making payment to a sales representative’s personal bank account.  MOPO® will not be responsible for your loss if your money is not paid to the company’s account. 

Order Cancellation

Orders placed to MOPO® cannot be cancelled once we has already started the production. We will not refund your deposit paid for related order. 

Production and Shipping

MOPO® will only arrange production and shipping when customer’s payment has actually been in our bank account. We will not arrange production or shipping based on a bank slip or notice from customer. However, a notice from customer regarding when and how the payment is made could help us accelerate the process of your order. Shipping time can only be counted from the day we received your payment. 

Return and Refund Policy

We don’t provide return or refund for dislike or any other reason except an approved quality problem of the tile. On the other hand, claims on the quality will be carefully accepted. 

Payment Methods

We currently accept wire transfer (T/T) at sight payments. 

Bank Accounts

We have a few bank accounts with different banks. The beneficiary of all accounts are the same. That is MOPO® LIMITED. We use no other bank accounts for receiving payment.
